Starting a Play Group

I am seriously thinking about starting a play group this fall. I was going to put Brooklyn in preschool a couple days a week, but I don't think she's ready. She is totally ready academically. She is already writing some letters and she's interested in learning, but she doesn't want to leave me. I don't think I'm going to push her to go this year. She will only be turning 3 in August.
Instead, I think we will either start our own play group or join a play group so she and Elijah both get the social interaction. (and I'll have adult conversation!!)
If anyone knows of a playgroup we could join, please let me know or if you're interested in starting one with me!!
